Your information, in your care.

This service stores account information, your chosen symptoms, daily entries and health history so you can return to them. Health-data consent is separate from marketing choices.

Who can access it

Health records are limited to your signed-in account in the application. Content administrators manage articles and events and cannot browse individual health records. Authorised infrastructure operators can technically access the database. This is not end-to-end encryption.

What stays out of analytics

The application does not send health answers to an AI service or use session replay, advertising trackers or health analytics. Notes are not monitored for urgent concerns. Public article and registration links open external services with their own privacy terms.

Reviewing and deleting

You can edit or delete check-ins from your tracking history. Deleting your account removes its associated active health records. Hosting-provider backups may retain deleted data until their configured retention period expires.

Your device

Sign out on shared devices. Health drafts are saved to your account and are not stored in browser localStorage. Unsaved changes held in memory may be lost when the page closes.
